Lower lid blepharoplasty

A very happy patient following a ‘scarless’ bilateral lower lid transconjunctival blepharoplasty with fat repositioning, with a small amount of Restylane injected postoperatively to some residual hollowing at the lid-cheek junction. This is a good example of how surgical and non-surgical treatments can sometime complement each other to achieve the best results.
