Hooded Upper Lids

A very common problem that occurs as we approach middle age is progressive upper lid hooding. This can be due to a combination of a brow droop (a brow ptosis) and upper lid skin redundancy (dermatochalasis). This patient has undergone a temporal direct brow lift and an upper lid blepharoplasty. The surgery was performed under twilight anaesthesia on a day case basis.
