We have published our results of 150 consecutive lower lid transconjunctival blepharoplasties with fat repositioning in the European Journal of Plastic Surgery. This cosmetic eye surgery leaves no visible lower lid scars as the incisions are made on the inside of the lower eyelids. All the operations were undertaken at the Face & Eye Clinic in Manchester under twilight anaesthesia on a day case basis.
