An elderly patient with marked hooding of the upper lids, drooping of the upper eyelids, a brow ptosis and a right lower lid entropion. The after photograph shows the appearance 2 months following a bilateral temporal direct brow lift, a bilateral upper lid blepharoplasty and a right lower lid entropion repair performed under local anaesthesia on a day case basis.
