Front: A patient seen before and after cosmetic eye surgery

This patient with upper lid hooding and lower lid bags underwent a bilateral upper lid blepharoplasty and a bilateral lower lid transconjunctival blepharoplasty with fat repositioning under twilight anaesthesia on a day case basis. There are no visible scars in the lower lids as the incisions were made on the inside of the lower eyelids.
