This patient had upper lid hooding and lower lid bags responsible for a tired appearance. She underwent a bilateral upper lid blepharoplasty and a bilateral lower lid transconjunctival blepharoplasty with fat repositioning under twilight anaesthesia on a day case basis. She also had some botulinum toxin injections to create a pleasing chemical brow lift. There are no visible lower lid scars as the incisions were made on the inside of the lower eyelids.
