This patient with upper lid hooding and lower lid bags underwent a bilateral upper lid blepharoplasty and a bilateral lower lid transcutaneous blepharoplasty under twilight anaesthesia on a day case basis. There are no visible scars as the incisions were made on the inside of the lower eyelids.
