The before and after images serve to demonstrate the types of results, both functional and cosmetic, that can be achieved for patients of varying ages.

Before Surgery

This patient presented with tired eyes with excess upper lid skin, lower lid fat pad prolapse, excess lower lid skin and mild cheek descent.

After Surgery

This is the result 12 weeks following bilateral upper lid blepharoplasty with medial fat pad debulking, transcutaneous lower lid blepharoplasty with fat repositioning.
