This patient had hooding of the upper eyelids. She is seen 3 months following a bilateral endobrow lift, a bilateral upper lid blepharoplasty and botulinum toxin injections to soften the glabellar frown lines and to help to maintain the brow lift. The surgery was performed under twilight anaesthesia on a day case basis.
