Mr. Leatherbarrow Gives Lectures in South Africa and Barcelona

In September, Mr. Leatherbarrow participated in the 32nd annual meeting of the European Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ESOPRS) in Barcelona.

The event consisted of lectures given by internationally renowned speakers, with topics ranging from clinical practice issues to the latest scientific findings and ideas regarding ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery. At the meeting, Mr. Leatherbarrow jointly chaired a session on aesthetic eyelid surgery, providing his  expertise and insight on the subject.

In early October, Mr. Leatherbarrow delivered a series of lectures in South Africa for the South African Society of Oculoplastic Surgery (SASOPS). His lectures, which were organized to take place over the course of three days in Zimbali, covered both reconstructive oculoplastic surgery and cosmetic eyelid surgery. His topics also  included lacrimal surgery, the use of Restylane for tear trough rejuvenation, drooping eyelid surgery and periocular reconstruction.

Mr. Leatherbarrow has previously given lectures, run courses and presented scientific papers in many countries, including the United States, Canada, Sweden, Germany, France, Italy, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand.
